This Mother’s Day (Sunday 10th May) we’re serving our a la carte menu at Sawyers Arms Tavern. Lunch will be served between 12-2pm, and dinner from 5pm. Please note that our a $49 lunch menu will not be available.

As the weather cools down, it means two things here at Sawyers Arms Tavern. The fire’s back on in the restaurant, and the much-loved Sunday ritual, the roast lunch, is back.

This time, it’s a Southern Ranges Premium Porterhouse (MB 2+), roasted and served with seasonal vegetables.

Sawyers Arms Tavern venue manager, Morgan Gall has been awarded the top national honour for Employee Excellence In Service at the 2025 Australian Hoteliers Association (AHA) National Awards.

This award is one of the highest individual accolades in Australian hospitality, and it caps off a remarkable year for Morgan. Earlier in 2025, she was also named Victorian Venue Manager of the Year at the AHA VIC Awards.
