We’re looking for experienced bar and front of house professionals to join our restaurant team.
Eileen’s Charcoal Grill: European-style steakhouse dining, charcoal grill, premium wines.
Two Noble: Refined Southeast Asian flavours in an intimate, design-led dining room.
We’re after people who:
Know their way around a great wine list
Are confident with cocktails
Understand timing, sequence of service and reading a table
Thrive in fast-paced, polished environments
Actually love hospitality!
