Winter Wine Dinner: Celebrating Some Of Geelong’s Finest Producers
With Oakdene, Provenance & Mazzini
Thursday, 25 June | 6:30pm | $140 pp
As part of Tastes of Greater Geelong, join us on Thursday, 25 June for an unforgettable wine dinner.
Hosted by three of the region's most respected producers - Steven from Oakdene, Tom from Provenance Wines and Paul from Mazzini Wines - this intimate evening will showcase a selection of superb local wines paired with a seasonal menu showcasing some of the region’s exceptional produce.
Enjoy insights from the winemakers themselves as they share the stories behind each vintage, creating a sophisticated celebration of region, craftsmanship and flavour.
Set within the Courtyard Room at Sawyers Arms Tavern, the experience begins with house made focaccia and premium olive oil by Lighthouse on the Bellarine, followed by chargrilled king prawns and Portarlington mussels with Oakdene Chardonnay reduction. A standout main of Birregurra lamb backstrap leads into a selection of Meredith and Victorian cheeses.
