Here’s some exciting news!
Our Venue Manager, Morgan Gall, has been awarded the top national honour for Employee Excellence In Service at the 2025 Australian Hoteliers Association (AHA) National Awards.

This award is one of the highest individual accolades in Australian hospitality, and it caps off a remarkable year for Morgan. Earlier in 2025, she was also named Victorian Venue Manager of the Year at the AHA VIC Awards.

As Venue Manager across Sawyers Arms Tavern, Eileen’s Charcoal Grill and Two Noble, Morgan plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for everyone who walks through our doors. Her national award acknowledges her consistent delivery of outstanding service, exceptional professionalism, strong industry knowledge and her genuine, community-minded approach to hospitality.
